Portal Registration for New Users

Registering on portal.rockwellcollins.com is now quicker and easier! The following steps will walk you through the new user registration process including registering for Duo MFA. 

 

Recommended before registration: 

Download Duo MFA for Android or iOS.

Navigate to portal.rockwellcollins.com and click on Register in the top right corner. 

Fill out the requested information on the New User Registration form. 

Please note the password requirements below. Select the check box next to "I accept the Terms and Conditions" to acknowledge your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions then click SUBMIT.

If your email address has not been registered previously, you will be sent an email with a verification code. The email will come from portaladmin@rockwellcollins.com. *Note that some company email security settings may block or send this email to the Spam folder. The email should arrive seconds after hitting the Submit button. 

The email from portaladmin@rockwellcollins.com will contain a Confirmation Code to enter on the following screen. Enter in to the requested field and click SUBMIT.

Once validated, a successful message will appear. Click as indicated below to begin the Duo MFA account setup. If you close the box, navigate to portal.rockwellcollins.com and click Sign In. This should also start the process once you enter your valid password. 

Click Start setup to initiate the Duo Account setup.

Select which type of device being used, scroll down and click Submit / Continue. 

Enter the phone number as indicated in the Example format to be used to receive the verification type. 

Select how you would like to receive the verification type. 

You should now be set up and can proceed to the site after the verification type is accepted.

Update for Current and New Users

Duo Multifactor Authentication has been implemented on Saturday, March 12th. New users will be prompted to sign up for Duo during the registration process. Existing users will be required to perform a password reset by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page. During the password reset, the existing user will be prompted to establish their Duo account.
