  • Please refer to the “Dataloading Instructions” file included with your assigned database list​.

PORTAL SIGN-IN ISSUES OR QUESTIONS

  • Unable to sign into the Collins Portal? If you have a password for your User email and cannot sign in, please try resetting your password. If you continue to experience issues signing into the Collins Portal, please contact the Portal Support Help Desk at 319-295-5000, option 2 & option 2 again​.
     

USER EMAIL ADDITION / CHANGES FOR PORTAL ACCESS 

  • If you have successfully signed into the Collins Portal and do not see database listings after clicking the “Accept” button on the left side of the page at https://portal.rockwellcollins.com/group/ads, your User email may not be paired with your company account. Please contact the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com to verify. If you provide your email, aircraft information and company name, the Subscriptions team should be able to quickly assist.​
