PORTAL SIGN-IN ISSUES OR QUESTIONS 

  • Unable to sign into the Collins Portal? If you have a password for your User email and cannot sign in, please try resetting your password. 
    If you continue to experience issues signing into the Collins Portal, please contact the Portal Support Help Desk at 319-295-5000, option 2 & option 2 again​.
    You can also contact this group with any DUO or registration issues.

DATABASE DOWNLOAD ASSISTANCE 

  • Please refer to the “Dataloading Instructions” file included with your assigned database list​ in the Portal -- viewed after signing in.

  • If you need additional assistance with database downloading or uploading, please contact the Avionics Support group at 319-295-5000, option 1 & option 1 again.

USER EMAIL ADDITION OR CHANGES FOR PORTAL ACCESS   

  • If you have successfully signed into the Collins Portal but do not see database listings after clicking the “Accept” button on the left side of the page at https://portal.rockwellcollins.com/group/ads, your User email may not be paired with the company account. Please contact the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com to verify. If you provide your email, aircraft information and company name, the Subscriptions team should be able to quickly assist. 
    The Subscriptions team is also able to assist with any personnel changes from one User access to a new User email.
