Payment & Invoicing

  • If you would like to make a payment on your invoice, please refer to bottom of your invoice document -- there will be directions for various options and contact information for credit card payment. The Collins Accounts Receivable group has Credit Analysts assigned to assist with payments.
  • If you need to have a current invoice sent, please email your request to the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com.
  • If you received your annual subscription invoice but need to cancel service, please email the Subscriptions team with further direction to collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com
  • If you need to update the email to receive invoices or have questions about charges / account information on your invoice, please contact collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com.
