• To request information and forms to set up Tailwind service for your aircraft, please contact the Avionics Support team at avionicssupport@collins.com. Once a form is completed and ready to set up service, it can be sent to the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com for invoicing.
• You can also access information, after signing in at the Tailwind link within the Customer Self Help page. This includes technical assistance, such as re-pings for service.
