Instructions for German DPA templates.
1. For all local German service providers/suppliers/vendors who process personal data (independent whether by consulting or other services or DT/Cloud services).
Fill in and execute one of the following templates (German or English language):
- DPA for Processor Germany (July 2024) DE (no SCC)
- DPA for Processor Germany (July 2024) EN (no SCC)

2. For all business with service providers/suppliers/vendors located outside the EU.
Fill in and execute the following template (English only)
- DPA combined for Controllers - Processors (July 2024)
