Database Assistance

ADD VSPEED, PERFORMANCE, WEIGHT & BALANCE OR THRUST DATABASE FOR AN AIRCRAFT

  • If your aircraft needs to have a Vspeed, Performance, Weight & Balance or Thrust database loaded, please contact the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com with your request.  ​

  • Please be sure to include the aircraft serial number and tail number and provide the 10-digit database number/s you wish to add, as the Subscriptions team and Avionics Support team do not have these numbers on file for the aircraft platforms.  ​

  • If you do not know what database number/s to request, please contact the OEM of the aircraft and they can provide. An example of this number would be:  yVSPD_815-4426-007 ​

Also, please be advised:  the Subscriptions team is only able to add these database numbers for aircraft with current navigation database subscription service.

CANCEL OR TRANSFER A NAVIGATION DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION

Please review the following two options if an aircraft will no longer be supported by your company: 

  • If you would like to cancel a current subscription for an aircraft, please email the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com and include the aircraft serial number / tail number, reason for cancellation and what company name this subscription is under. If the aircraft has been sold, attaching a copy of the Bill of Sale will help in expediting this process.  ​

  • If an aircraft is moving from one company to another but you would like a paid subscription to be transferred, please email this information to the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com. Please include a point of contact from the second company in your email, as the Subscriptions team will need to ensure both parties approve a paid transfer of subscription. ​

  • If you have a current navigation database subscription but your aircraft is going into heavy maintenance (3 months or longer), please email the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com and advise the aircraft will not be active. 

  • If you have a current navigation database subscription but the aircraft has sold, please notify the Subscriptions team by emailing collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com. Please also include a copy of the Bill of Sale with the email.
     

GRAPHICAL WEATHER DATABASES 

NEW DATABASE NEEDED FOR YOUR AIRCRAFT OR SETTING UP A NEW AIRCRAFT ON YOUR ACCOUNT​

Please review the following options below:​

1.      If you need to set up a NEW database subscription for an aircraft, please select the appropriate form at Subscription Forms that matches your aircraft type and/or system (Pro Line 4, Pro Line 21, Pro Line Fusion, Military, Situational Awareness, or UAV - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)​.

The completed and signed form, plus any related owner documentation, can be emailed to the Subscriptions team for processing at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the subscription to be set up. New subscriptions are always processed as quickly as possible, but unforeseen issues may potentially require at least a day to complete. ​
Also, please include either a Bill of Sale or Certificate of Registration with a submitted form to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible.  ​When your database subscription has been set up, the ADS Subscriptions team will send an email to you confirming next steps for database access and payment. ​

2.      If you would like to add a database to an existing subscription, please email the Subscriptions team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com and provide the name of your company, aircraft serial number/tail and the database requested (Emaps, Synthetic Vision, Graphical Weather, etc.).
