 COL-ASQR-PRO-0003 (Aerospace Supplier Quality Requirements) Revision 06 Released 
Collins Aerospace has released COL-ASQR-PRO-0003 Revision 06 as of April 7. Suppliers have 90 days to perform gap analyses and implement any necessary changes. Suppliers do not have to submit gap plans; however, Collins Aerospace can request at any time that you provide these plans. Revision 06 will be effective July 6, 2025. Minnesota PFAS Product Compliance
Collins Aerospace is currently working to prepare for the State of Minnesota (MN) PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in Products Law (otherwise known as Amara’s Law) reporting obligation requiring the submission of certain information by “manufacturers” (defined to include importers and certain distributors) to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Such reporting is due on/before January 1, 2026. Review more detailed information here.
