Database Subscription Setup

SET UP NAVIGATION DATABASE SERVICE

Please review the following options below:​​

 

  • To set up a NEW database subscription, select and complete the appropriate form on the left on this page that matches your aircraft type and/or system (Pro Line 4, Pro Line 21, Pro Line Fusion, Military, Situational Awareness or UAV - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)​​.

  • Email the completed and signed form, plus any supporting documentation, to the Subscriptions Team for processing at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com.  Allow up to 1-2 business days for the subscription to be set up. New subscriptions are processed as quickly as possible, but unforeseen issues may require at least a day to complete. ​​

  • Provide a Bill of Sale or Certificate of Registration with a submitted form to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible.  ​​
    When your database subscription has been set up, the Subscriptions Team will send an email to you confirming next steps for database access and payment. ​​

 

OTHER DATABASE SERVICE OPTIONS

 

  • To add a database to an existing subscription, email the Subscriptions Team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com, including your account name, aircraft serial number and the database you wish to add. There is no need to complete a form if your aircraft already has a current subscription. Examples of additional databases would be for e-Maps, Synthetic Vision or Graphical Weather.

  • If you need Performance, Thrust, Vspeed or Weight & Balance databases for your aircraft, contact the Subscriptions Team at collinsfmssubscriptions@collins.com (please have the required database numbers available for the Subscriptions Team to add, as they do not maintain these numbers on file).
