Supplier Corrective Actions System Change Coming January 15, 2025
Collins Aerospace is launching a new digital solution to improve and standardize its Supplier Corrective Action process called EtQ beginning on January 15, 2025. This initiative will allow us to effectively collaborate, manage, and execute corrective actions through a web-based, and user-friendly platform. We are holding training and Q&A sessions in January and February so register for a session for more information.
Business Gifts from Suppliers Policy Reminder
As a reminder, under the RTX Business Gifts from Suppliers Policy, all employees, and contractors of RTX and its business units are prohibited from soliciting gifts, entertainment, and gratuities. Additionally, those employees and contractors who have direct or indirect purchasing responsibilities for RTX or its business units, or may influence our supplier selection, are prohibited from accepting gifts, entertainment, and gratuities from anyone seeking business with RTX.

RTX will continue to post updates on our supplier cybersecurity website for the upcoming Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 rule. Please visit the website at https://www.rtx.com/suppliers/supplier-cybersecurity for the latest information from the DoD which includes CMMC 101 slides and FAQs. For additional questions please email supplier_cybersecurity@rtx.com. Also, please see the white paper on a valuable resource provided by the National Security Agency (NSA) Cyber Collaboration Center (CCC) that can enhance the security of your company’s online presence – Protective Domain Name Service.
New users will be prompted to sign up for Duo during the registration process. Existing users will be required to perform a password reset by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page. During the password reset, the existing user will be prompted to establish their Duo account.
