As you may know, the EU Commission and UK recently adopted new Standard Contractual Clauses (the “New SCCs”), which applies to cross border transfers of EU and UK personal data. The requirement to execute the New SCCs is the regulatory obligation of both Collins Aerospace and our providers.

Over the course of 2022, Collins Aerospace notified your company that we updated our contractual privacy commitments to include the New SCCs, and we provided your company with the opportunity to execute the SCC Amendment through this portal.
