Claims must be filed within contractual requirement from repair date. Claims that are received by Collins Aerospace after contractual requirement from the Airline, Authorized Dealer Facility or OEM will be rejected and returned.

I have multiple SNs removed from 9 different aircraft and adding these into this form individually would be very painful. Do you have another way I can submit all of them on one form under one UPS claim# at one time? Some tails have had more than one removal, which would double or triple the SNs removed.
